Users cannot create an account within the App. Access is restricted to authorized personnel who have been provided with credentials by their respective organization. • Camera/Storage: To upload documents, profile pictures, or scan barcodes (if applicable to your ERP modules).

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information in the following circumstances:

• With Your Organization: As an ERP tool, data entered into the system is accessible to your employer/organization administrator.
• Service Providers: We may use third-party companies to host our servers or perform maintenance. These providers have access to your data only to perform these tasks on our behalf.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active or as dictated by your organization’s data retention policy. Since you cannot create or delete your own account, requests for data deletion must be routed through your organization’s administrator or sent to info@durbin.live.
